Free forms on the web
At templates.reportwalk.com you can fill in an inspection form in any browser — phone, tablet or computer — and download the finished PDF. It's free: no account, no trial, no card.
Fill in a form and download it
Go to templates.reportwalk.com and open the form you need.
Fill it in. Your answers stay in that browser on that device as you type, so a refresh doesn't lose them.
Add photos where the form asks for them. They go straight into your PDF.
At the end, enter your email once, then tap Download PDF.
If something looks unfinished, the form points it out before you download. You can still download anyway.
What signing in adds
Sign in with your email — the same account you use in the app. We send you a link and a code; there's no password. Once you're in:
- Save
Your reports are saved to your account under My reports, waiting for you on any computer.
- Pick up later
Leave a report half done and come back to it where you left off.
- Start again
Start your next report from your last one, so only what changed needs filling in. Forms you use often appear as shortcuts under Start again.
- Talk to fill
Tap Tell me what you see, describe what's in front of you, and the matching fields fill in.
- Bring your own form
Upload the form you already use and it becomes a working browser form.
- Share it
Each saved report can be opened as a web page as well as downloaded.
What stays free
Filling in a form and downloading the PDF stay free. So do the booking widgets.
AI report writing, voice and photos are free while the web forms are in beta and will become paid later. We'll tell you well before that changes.
Good to know
- Not every form can be saved. Some older forms on the site can be filled in and downloaded but not saved to an account. When you're signed in, Start a new report lists the ones that can.
- Templates are edited in the app. The web forms are for filling in. To change a template, use the app — see Editing your templates.
