Walks and the map
Every walk you've done is on the Walks tab, and every walk with an address is a pin on the Map tab. Here's how to find what you need.
The Walks tab
Newest first. Each row shows a photo from the walk, its name, client, address, date, and whether it has synced. Tap a walk to open it: template walks open to their sections, Freestyle walks to their summary.
Search and filter
Type in Search name, client or address… — it matches any of the three. The filters underneath narrow the list:
- AllEvery walk that isn't archived
- TemplatedWalks that use a template
- FreestyleWalks without one
- ArchivedWalks you've put away
Archive
Archiving tidies your list. It doesn't delete anything.
Tap the archive icon at the right of a walk, or press and hold the walk.
Tap Archive. It moves out of your active list — find it under Archived any time.
To bring it back, find it under Archived, tap the icon again, then Unarchive.
Automatic archiving: a walk that has a report and was started more than 60 days ago moves to Archived by itself. Walks without a report stay put.
Sync badges
Under each walk: Synced means it's all uploaded, Syncing… means it's uploading now, and On this phone means it's saved here and waiting for signal. See Working with no signal.
Your list comes from your account, so walks you did on another iPhone or iPad appear here too once they've synced.
The Map tab
Every walk with an address is a pin. The filters at the top switch between Active, Archived and All.
Tap a pin. A card shows the walk's photo, name, client, address and date.
Tap Open to go into the walk.
The pin goes where the address is when you pick it from the suggestions as you start the walk. If you type an address without picking one, the pin goes where your phone was when you started. Walks with no address aren't on the map — if none have one yet, it says No walks with an address yet.
Directions: on a template walk with an address, the button with the street name under the walk's title opens driving directions in Maps.
