Plans and walk limits
ReportWalk plans are measured in walks — one walk is one inspection, from start to report. Here is what each plan includes, what counts, and what happens when you reach your limit.
The plans
- Free3 walks to try ReportWalk properly
- Solo60 walks a month — about 2 a day
- Pro120 walks a month — about 4–5 a day
- Power240 walks a month — about 8–10 a day
- Ultra400 walks a month — about 15–18 a day
Plans are monthly subscriptions through Apple. Prices are shown in the app, in your currency, before you pay.
The free walks are a one-time allowance for new accounts, not a monthly one.
What counts as a walk
Each walk you start counts once, when you start it — whether you use a template or Freestyle.
- Not counted: photos, voice notes and reports. You can make a walk's report as many times as you like without using another walk.
- Re-inspections are free. Up to 3 re-inspections of the same walk don't count. After that, they count like any other walk. See Re-inspections.
- Archiving doesn't give a walk back. It tidies your list; the walk still counted when you started it.
- One walk holds up to 150 photos. That's a limit per walk, not per plan. For a bigger job, start a second walk.
Where to see your count
On the Home tab, under Your Walks, you'll see something like 12/60 monthly walks used.
In Settings, the Subscription section shows your Current Plan and Walks Used.
When you reach your limit
When you try to start a new walk, you'll see Limit Reached, with how many walks you've used. Tap View Plans to choose a plan, or a bigger one.
The limit only stops new walks. Walks you've already started can still be finished, and their reports generated and sent.
If your account is managed by your company, your company sets the limit. You'll be asked to contact your administrator instead. See Managing your subscription.
When your count starts again
Your walk count goes back to zero when a paid plan starts and each time it renews. Apple tells the app about the renewal.
If your renewal date has passed and the count hasn't reset, go to Settings → Upgrade Plan and tap Restore purchases. That checks with Apple and brings your plan up to date.
