Managing your subscription

ReportWalk subscriptions are bought and billed through Apple. You choose and change your plan in the app; cancelling happens in your Apple account. Here is where everything lives.

1

See your plan

Open Settings and look at the Subscription section. It shows your Current Plan and Walks Used this month.

2

Choose or change your plan

  1. In Settings, tap Upgrade Plan. The Choose your plan screen opens, with prices in your currency.

  2. Tap Choose Solo, Choose Pro, Choose Power or Choose Ultra.

  3. Confirm with Apple. Apple shows you the details before you pay.

  4. When you see Success!, your new plan is active.

If you see Purchase Pending, the payment went through and your plan is still updating. Give it a moment, then check Settings. Still not showing? Use Restore purchases.

3

Cancel your subscription

Your subscription belongs to your Apple ID, so it's cancelled with Apple, not in ReportWalk:

  1. Open the iPhone or iPad Settings app.

  2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.

  3. Tap ReportWalk, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or it renews. Deleting the app — or your ReportWalk account — does not cancel the subscription.

4

Restore purchases

New phone, reinstalled the app, or paid and the plan isn't showing? Restore it:

  1. Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple ID you paid with.

  2. In ReportWalk, go to Settings → Upgrade Plan.

  3. Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen.

You'll see Restored when it works. No Subscription Found means Apple has no active ReportWalk subscription for that Apple ID.

5

If your company manages your account

Some teams pay for ReportWalk centrally. If yours does, Settings shows Account Type: Organization, your organization's name, its walk limit and, if there is one, the date it's valid until.

You won't be offered plans in the app. Your company sets the walk limit and the renewal date, so for changes, you'll see “Contact your administrator to modify your subscription.” If the limit is reached or the date passes, starting a new walk asks you to contact your administrator.
