Contents Pack-Out Inventory by Voice | ReportWalk

A contents pack-out inventory by voice: say each box as you pack it, and every item joins the list with its room, box number and condition.

Contents Pack-Out Inventory by Voice | ReportWalk

What you’ll see

  • No clipboard, no handwriting to decode later. Open the Contents Inventory & Packout template in ReportWalk, go to Item Inventory, tap once and talk: "Box fourteen, living room. Books and DVDs, undamaged. Box fifteen, living room. Floor lamp, water damage at the base, restorable." Tap to stop, and each item you described becomes its own entry: contents, room of origin, box or tag number, condition.
  • Each entry gets its own photo slot, so the floor lamp's photo stays with the floor lamp. The same template covers pack-out details, high-value items, non-salvageable items with the customer's sign-off, and the totals before the truck leaves.

Transcript

A contents pack-out inventory, on a clipboard. Box after box, in handwriting even you won’t be able to read tomorrow.

Or open the contents inventory and pack-out template in ReportWalk. Item Inventory. Tap once, and talk.

“Box fourteen, living room. Books and DVDs, undamaged. Box fifteen, living room. Floor lamp, water damage at the base, restorable. Box sixteen, kitchen. Small appliances, undamaged.”

Tap to stop, and every item you said joins the list. Contents, room, box number, condition.

Each entry gets its own photo slot, so the lamp’s photo stays with the lamp.

So when the customer asks where their lamp went, the answer is box fifteen. Not “one of the boxes.”
