Deleting your account

You can delete your ReportWalk account yourself, from the app, at any time. It is permanent, so here is what to do first and exactly what happens.

Before you delete

  • Cancel your subscription with Apple first. Deleting your account does not cancel it. In the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions → ReportWalk → Cancel Subscription. More in Managing your subscription.
  • Save any reports you want to keep. Download the PDFs first. After deletion, reports and the links you've shared stop working.

Delete your account

  1. Make sure you have a connection.

  2. Open Settings and scroll to the bottom.

  3. Tap Delete Account & Data.

  4. Read the warning, then tap Delete My Account.

  5. You'll see Account Deleted, and you're signed out.

What gets deleted

Your walks and everything in them — photos, recordings and generated reports — your logo, and your profile and sign-in. This can't be undone, and we can't recover it afterwards.

To clear anything still stored on your phone, delete the ReportWalk app from the device as well.
