Condo Inspection Checklist with ReportWalk

A condo inspection is mostly walking into rooms and discovering each one has its own little administrative problem.

Eleven sections. Property info, entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, HVAC, electrical, windows and exterior, recommendations, signature.

Then you walk in the front door and just start talking.

“Front door sticks at the frame. Corridor’s fine. Intercom works.”

Front door: fair. Hallway: good. Intercom: works. Three fields done, and you haven’t even had to stand still and poke at a screen.

“Cabinet hinge broken under the sink. Slow leak at the trap. Range hood doesn’t vent.”

Cabinets. Plumbing. Ventilation. Filled in. Leak rated. Note written.

Take a photo of the leak. It files itself under kitchen photos.

Then the bathrooms. Both of them. You may be tired of bathrooms. The checklist remains emotionally neutral.

Balcony, windows, smoke detectors. Same thing. Walk, talk, keep moving.

Before you leave, the final check makes sure you actually finished every room, instead of discovering one lonely unchecked box later that night.

Then the condo inspection report. Your logo, your findings, your photos. PDF or live link, sent before the elevator gets there.
