Your technicians talk.
The report writes itself.
ReportWalk turns what a technician says on the route — and the photos they take — into a finished service report, a termite record or a bait station log. No typing in the truck, no reports written up at the end of the day, no two technicians writing the same visit two different ways.
Say what you see. Photograph what matters.
Pick the template for the stop. Walk it and talk the way you would to the customer — the fields fill in as you go, and each photo lands in the section you're standing in.
“Exterior perimeter. Gap under the garage door, about half an inch, photo. Mulch against the siding on the north side. Station four, bait two-thirds eaten, replaced. Applied perimeter treatment, product and EPA number on the record.”
That's the inspection, the device entry, the conducive condition and the product record — written while the technician was still on the property.
Every visit documented the same way.
-
Consistent reports
Every technician fills in the same template in the same order, so a service report from a first-year tech covers what one from your best covers. Use ours, or have us build yours and set it up for your team.
-
Photos as proof
Activity, entry points, conducive conditions, devices. Photos keep their original time and location data, sit beside the finding they prove, and go into the report the customer and the auditor read.
-
Findings first
Every report opens with a summary of what needs attention, safety items at the top — so the customer reads the recommendation, not just the invoice.
-
Callbacks and follow-ups
Tap Start a re-inspection on a past report and every finding comes back as a checklist — fixed, partly fixed, not fixed — with a note and a photo. The follow-up report puts what you found last time beside what you found today.
-
Device by device
Commercial accounts are serviced one device at a time: bait stations, traps, glue boards, insect light traps, monitors. Each gets its own entry, with its activity, the action taken and a photo.
-
Your words, on cue
Load your standard recommendations into a comment library with a short spoken shortcut. Say “mulch line” on site and your paragraph about keeping mulch away from the foundation drops into the report.
-
No signal, no problem
Crawl spaces, basements and warehouses rarely have signal. ReportWalk saves everything on the phone first and syncs when it's back.

Compliance and operations5
Send us the service report or inspection form your technicians use today — a PDF, a Word file, a completed report with the customer blanked out. We rebuild it in ReportWalk by hand, with your sections and your wording, usually in two or three working days. It's free, and it stays private to your company.
Send us your formWhat these templates are, and aren't.
- They record; they don't advise. Product fields capture the product, EPA registration number, target and amount as used. The label is the law — the templates never tell anyone what to apply or at what rate.
- They aren't official state forms. Where your state requires its own form — an official wood-destroying insect report, for example — use it. ReportWalk is the field record behind it.
- Requirements vary by state. Application record fields, retention periods and notification rules differ. Check with your state lead agency; tell us what yours needs and we'll adjust the template.
