ReportWalk For arborists
Arborist reports

Walk the tree. Say what you see.
The report writes itself.

ReportWalk turns what an arborist says at the base of the tree — and the photos they take — into a finished tree risk assessment, inventory, estimate or crew briefing. No notes on a clipboard in the rain, no evening at the laptop typing them up.

At the tree

Gloves on, phone in your pocket.

Pick the template, then walk the tree and talk the way you would to the client. The fields fill in as you go, and each photo lands beside the defect it shows.

“Red oak, about thirty-four inches DBH. Included bark at the main union, photo. Cavity on the south side of the trunk at four feet, sounding hollow. Target is the driveway, used daily. Recommend crown reduction and re-inspect in a year.”

That's the tree, the defect, the target and the recommendation — recorded before you've walked back to the truck.

Why arborists use it

The report your clients actually read.

  • Tree by tree

Inventories, walk-by assessments and estimates cover dozens of trees. Each one gets its own entry — species, DBH, condition, defects, recommendation, priority and photos — so nothing blurs together.

  • Risk, worked outIn the app

The app's tree risk assessment works out likelihood and the overall risk rating from the matrices as you answer, and the report explains each rating in plain sentences for the client. Built with a TRAQ-qualified arborist.

  • Photos as evidence

Every photo keeps its original time and location data and sits next to the finding it proves — the cavity, the crack, the included bark, the damage after the storm.

  • Findings first

Every report opens with what needs attention, the highest risk first — so the property manager reads the recommendation, not just the tree list.

  • Re-inspections

Tap Start a re-inspection on last year's report and every finding comes back as a checklist — fixed, partly, not fixed — with a note and a photo, beside what you found then.

  • No signal in the woods

Everything saves on the phone first and syncs when you're back in range.

Plainly

What these templates are, and aren't.

  • They record your judgement; they don't make it. A qualified arborist decides the risk, the work and the priority. The templates make sure it's written down completely and the same way every time.
  • They aren't official forms. They aren't ISA's tree risk assessment form or any agency's form, and they don't reproduce them. Where a client, municipality or utility requires its own form, use it — ReportWalk is the field record behind it.
  • Safety rules are yours to apply. Approach distances near power lines, crane and aerial lift requirements and PPE depend on your qualifications and the rules where you work. The templates record what was checked.
