Yes, and it is one of the most common uses. Each snag gets a photograph, a location and a note, and the developer receives a numbered list they can work through.

What does it cost?

Filling in a template on the web and downloading the PDF is free while we are in beta. The iPhone app is free to start, with monthly plans for higher volumes.

Can I use my own form?

Yes. Import an existing PDF or build your own, and it becomes a form you fill in on the phone like any other.

Does it do inventories and check-out reports?

Yes. Condition, cleanliness and photographic evidence per room, in a document written to be read by an adjudicator rather than by you.
