Does it work in winter conditions?

It runs on your phone, so it works wherever your phone does. Where snow or ice prevented access, the report records that explicitly rather than leaving a blank.

Can I use my own form?

Yes. Import an existing PDF or build your own, and it behaves like any other template on the phone.

Is it only for home inspections?

No. It is used for deficiency walkthroughs, tree risk assessments, vehicle inspections, roof surveys, rental turnovers and safety inspections.
